This is only amazing in that so few companies really take this approach. They have decided to be honest, warts and all. With Domino’s Pizza “turnaround”, they are publicly admitting what their non-customers (and harshest critics) told them. In a commoditized world, the customer experience rules and we’ll give them a fresh chance to earn some of our pizza dollars soon. Is this a new trend to come?
